Version 3.6.2 WinDump is the porting to the Windows platform of tcpdump, the most used network sniffer/analyzer for UNIX. WinDump is fully compatible with tcpdump and can be used to watch and diagnose network traffic according to various complex rules. It can run under Windows 95/98/ME, and under Windows NT/2000/XP. WinDump uses a libpcap-compatible library for Windows, WinPcap, which is freely downloadable from the WinPcap site. WinDump is free and is released under a BSD-style licence.
