As part of the maintenance package Savid Technologies will create a network book that is a central point of information for network design and configuration, hardware, IP address, software licenses, software and hardware support contracts, and Internet connection information. This network book serves as a starting point from a maintenance and troubleshooting perspective, and is crucial to preserving a properly functioning network.

PROACTIVE NETWORK MANAGEMENT

Savid Technologies Proactive Network Management agreement provides expert advice, guidance and regular maintenance of the network, servers, and workstations devices. Our proactive maintenance package is geared to keep your business up and running while giving you piece of mind that your technology solutions are working without incurring the cost of a full-time I.T. staff. Savid Technologies will provide the following monthly proactive tasks listed below as well as general I.T. support as needed as part of this agreement.
